# First-time sign-in with single sign-on (SSO)

## Use the Login link in your welcome email to sign in with your company account

If your organization uses single sign-on, you sign in to Lab Symplified with your company account. There's no separate username or password to create.

### Your welcome email

When your administrator adds you to Lab Symplified, you'll automatically receive a **welcome email** from Lab Symplified.

### Sign in for the first time

1. Open the welcome email from Lab Symplified.
2. Select the **Login** link. This is a custom link that signs you in through your organization's single sign-on.
3. Sign in with your company account if prompted. (this might be required if you are already logged in your company account)
4. You're now signed in to Lab Symplified.

Tip: Bookmark the application page so you can sign in quickly next time.

### Good to know

- **Your profile is already filled in.** Your name and email come from your organization's single sign-on. You won't be asked to set a password.
- **Your access is already set up.** Your administrator has assigned your labs and what you can do in them. You can always view inventory in the labs you're assigned to.
- **Your password is managed through your organization system.** To reset your password or change multi-factor settings, follow your company's IT guidelines. Lab Symplified won't be able to help on this regard.
- **Something missing?** If you can't see a lab or a feature you need, contact your company's Lab Symplified administrator.

### Didn't get the email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, ask your administrator to confirm your email address.
