Login to Lab Symplified

You can log in to Lab Symplified using your email and password or by scanning your QR code. For users who frequently check in and out, QR code login provides a faster option. To use this feature, ensure your device has a configured barcode scanner. Select the login method that works best for you.

Login Using Email And Password

  1. Enter your email address, then click "Next."
  2. Enter your password, then click "Login" to proceed.
  3. If prompted, enter the security code as part of the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process to complete the login.

Login to Scan QR Code

  1. Scan your personal QR code with the barcode scanner.
  1. Enter your PIN and click "Log In."

QR Code Pin Setup or Reset

To set up your PIN for the first time or reset it at any time, click on “My Profile” located at the top-right corner of the screen.

Click the pencil icon in the PIN section, then enter your 4-digit PIN.
Make sure to choose a number that’s easy for you to remember.

Enter your 4-digit PIN, then re-enter it to confirm.

Once done, click “Save” to complete the setup. Your PIN is now successfully configured for QR code login.

Note: If you need to reset your PIN or have forgotten your existing one, simply log in using your email and password, then follow the steps to set a new PIN.
