Department Specific Notification Configuration
Purpose
The Notification feature in Lab Symplified is designed to automatically alert users about important inventory and quality-related events so they can take timely action and maintain accurate, compliant lab operations. Notifications help ensure that critical activities such as low stock, expiring items, QC requirements, count mismatches, and item requests are not missed. Notifications can be configured by department in each lab, allowing each team to receive only the alerts relevant to their area. This targeted approach prevents unnecessary notifications while ensuring responsible users are informed when action is required.
