Quarantining and Releasing Inventory Lots

Locate the inventory item in the inventory table.
Select the specific lot you want to place into quarantine.
Click the Options menu (three vertical dots) next to the selected lot.
Select Quarantine.
A confirmation dialog will appear.
From the Reason dropdown list:
- Select an existing quarantine reason OR
- If the reason is not listed, proceed to add details in the Comments field.
(Optional) Enter additional information or context in the Comments section.
Click Quarantine to confirm.
The selected lot will now be marked as Quarantined and will not be available for check out.

Locate the inventory lot that is currently marked as Quarantined.
Select the quarantined lot.
Click the Options menu (three vertical dots) next to the lot.
Select Release from Quarantine.
A confirmation dialog will appear.
From the Reason dropdown list:
- Select an existing reason for releasing the lot OR
- If the appropriate reason is not available, enter details in the Comments field.
(Optional) Add supporting comments or justification for the release.
Click Release to confirm.
The quarantine status will be removed, and the lot can checked out for use.
